Open to young ladies ages 7 to 9 2. Must be a citizen of the United States and a legal resident of West Virginia 3. Cannot be current title of Little Miss River Fest 4.Cannot seek another title of any other fair or festival during her reign as Little Miss River Fest 5. She may attend any fairs/festivals/opening ceremonies of her choice, but she must wear the crown and sash awarded to her. 6. Application fee: $30.00 7. Areas of Competition: Personal Interview: (50 pts.) 5 questions taken directly from the information provided on your application Final Question: (25 pts.) Why I want to be Little Miss Riverfest? 8. Attire: Pageant wear with appropriate footwear 9. Responsibilities: a: To participate in three local parades: Mannington DIstrict Parade, Fairmont Christmas Parade and Three RIvers Festival Parade. b. To participate in Riverfest 2014 c. To participate in two fundraising events d. To return to the 2015 pageant to crown Little Miss River Fest 2015 e. If opportunity presents itself, to act as a spokesperson for the LWV River Fest. 10. Awards: Little Miss Photogenic: Trophy and embroidered sash Little Miss Congeniality: Trophy and embroidered sash Little Miss Court: Tiara, trophy and gift bag Little Miss: Tiara, embroidered sash, trophy and gift bag 11.
