The Monongalia County Fair is looking for contestants for Queen, Teen, Junior Miss, Little Miss and Little Mister to represent the 2014 Fair. Queen’s Pageant is open to WVU Students, Fairmont State University, Monongalia, Marion and Preston County residents. All other pageants are open to Monongalia, Marion, Preston, Wetzel and Taylor Counties Only. Deadline for entries are July 23rd..
The Fair is July 28th – August 2nd held in Morgantown at Mylan Park.
The 2014 Queen will reign over the Fair and represent Monongalia County Fair at the 2015 Fairs and Festivals Pageant in Charleston. She will receive paid entry and lodging to Charleston, 2 Tickets to the 2015 Pageant.
Queen :
Pageant is July 29th (Hazel Ruby Building, Mylan Park) at 7pm
Age : 16 - 21 yrs (Contestants must be 16 years of age by January 1, of the current year and must not have turned 22 years of age on or before January 1, of the current year)
Entry Fee : $150.00
Phases of Competition: Panel interview with Judges, 30 second Personal Promo (T-shirt provided) with modeling on stage, evening gown and on stage interview. There will also be an award given for Most Photogenic.
Prize Packages:
$1,000.00 scholarship
$2,500.00 scholarship to WV Junior College
$1,000.00 Wardrobe Award

Teen :
Pageant is July 30th (Hazel Ruby Building, Mylan Park) at 7:30pm
Ages: 12-15 yrs
Entry Fee : $100.00
Phases of Competition: Panel interview with Judges, Sense of Style, Evening Gown and On Stage Interview. There will also be an award given for Most Photogenic.
Prize Packages:
$ 250.00 Cash

Junior Miss:
Pageant is July 30th (Hazel Ruby Building, Mylan Park) at 7:30pm
Ages: 8-11 yrs
