This is clearly the responsibility of the head coach. Teams reflect the personality of their coach. Remember this is the same coach who has major personality conflicts with her assistant coaches over the years.

Anyone know why Lindsey Geosits is not on this years team? She would be a senior.

She would have been a senior co-captain, but chose not to play. She had started 54 of 57 games over the two previous years. Rachel Hanley, a starting forward last year and one of the first two scholarship athletes at B.U., also left the team. Both related to my above post.
