well, for starters there are only a few of us even when it's active. beyond that we don't have any info to discuss since no information is available on the orange/blue scrimmage. hopefuly we'll get enough from the game tomorrow night to at least start some speculation on who will be in the rotation etc.

in fact, if i'll start that now. seems like Badmus, Bettencourt, Lee and McNaughton are locks to start if healthy. can see potential for a real fight for the other forward spot with Clark and Niesz (who started before his injury) returning. Brown probably keeps his sixth man role. i guess what i really hope we get a feel for is who else is ready to make significant contributions.

That starting rotation seems exciting save the following:

Will Lee continue his conference play production from last season?

Where does Clark fit in? Is he a better starter than Brown or is Brown the athletic spark plug type?

I also look for Girffin to get serious minutes.

As far as the exhibition, I look for IUP to provide a good game.

i think Brown is a better sixth man than Clark as opposed to Clark being a better starter (does that make sense?)

i do think Lee will continue to produce as he did in the PL portion of the season, if not he will lose minutes to others. he does need to improve his perimeter game and look for the outside shot more often.

of the frosh, i think Griffin is the logical choice to contribute the most given the need for guard play, but i have a feeling (based on absolutely nothing concrete) that Morrison may be a surprise contributor. more in terms of an all around solid game contribution as opposed to big numbers, maybe a Clark kind of role.

amazing that i have thought this much about it without having seen a single minute of action this year.
