I understand the exhaust crossover pipe on these is where a lot of heat builds up, so putting in a header while the engine is out is a popular mod.

For 3.4 swap, you need all the parts.

Got to http://www.4x4wire.com and do a search for 3.4 swap. Couple guys over there have done them.
