Bad news... you will need to have a return line back to the fuel tank. The fuel pump draws wayyy to much fuel at high rpms and that return line sends it back to the tank. My stock fuel pump puts outs 4+psi at idle. A 32/36 (which I have for sale) only needs 1-2psi. I think the 38mm is needs around 3psi. Anyway, both Type I and II have 3 lines. (I've had both) You do need the return line because of the nature of a mechanical fuel pump.
