Have you fed them any of the same foods (i.e., fruits or veggies that may have had chemicals on them)?

I strongly recommend that you consult a rabbit/guinea pig savvy vet to perform a necropsy on the animals to determine the cause of death. It is dangerous to bring more animals into your home until you know the exact cause of death. Please, if you're not sure, don't get any more animals until you know. I'm not saying that YOU are the reason they died, but because the number is so large, it would be much wiser to consult a professional than it would be to bring more animals into your home and possibly subject them to whatever source that is killing your other critters.

Are your guinea pigs housed WITH the rabbits by any chance? If so, then that could very well be the reason why they are dying. Insufficient diet and/or the rabbits have attacked the guinea pigs. Guinea pigs require a very different diet from rabbits and rabbit pellets cannot be substituted for guinea pig pellets. Piggies need vitamin C, without it, they can develop diseases like scurvy. Rabbits can be very territorial and it would take nothing at all for one to seriously injure or kill a pig, so if they are house together, please separate them!!

I hope you're able to find out what's happening...and sorry for your losses. 8^(
