 I was in Folegandros in August of 2005 and Santorini in August 2006. For Santorini follow the instructions of Misko, I agree with him.
Folegandros in August has a lot of Greeks, follow the captain's directions and at some places you'll be nude with textiles and other nudes too. Nice spot, (but difficult to swim) is left to Agali beach, (as I can remember).
