When we visited the island in June 2007 we did find some small beaches around the headland from the port where nudism was possible. We walked down from the Chora which took us about 30 mins but returned by bus which leaves from near the harbour, but do check the times. We did only stay on the island for four days and found the nearest and in our opinion the best beach to be Agios Nikolas (see the report on the Captain’s web site, but be aware depending on the time of year you travel the bus does not go down the hill so be prepared to walk it is a hard walk back up. The walk from the Chora to the turning off the main road for Agios Nikolas beach id very pleasant and not hard. I am sorry that this does not really answer your question but I hope it helps.
