 Hello Paul, greetings from Milos. Just spent a day on Paleohori beach. My wife and I the only people on the naturist end of the beach(to the left as you face the sea). Its unoffical,but a tricky scramble over rocks divides the nude area from textile. Three tavernas in textile area,with shade aplenty. No shade in remote(nude)area,so go prepared. Snorkelling is fantastic,watching bubbles from volcanic springs on seabed
