 In August there will be a lot of textiles even in Laggeri. Try the beach, just after Porto Paros resort (its on your way to Monastiri, after Kolibithres). Shadow is possible, no facilities.
Another one is after Monastiri, facing the sea go to the left, take the path and you' ll find it after 5-10 minutes walk. There is another beach and one spot behind the big one. No shadow, no bars there, just nothing. Maybe some yachts.
