Today 17.7.2008 The Earth Quake Started approximate 6.30 Greek time. My wife and I were laying in our beds fast a sleep. Then this horrible rumbling sound which got loader and loader, the bedroom started to shake violently from side to side the noise was intense, the wardrobe banging against the wall, the doors clattering, cosmetic item's being thrown off the dresser. As this was all happening my wife standing on the floor, bent over holding on to the bed looking straight at me "What shall I do" (I'll never forget the expression on her face as long as I live) "Get out" I shouted! "as fast as you can" I was frightened and I could see the fear in my wife's eye's. All this happened in a few second. I never want to go through this again.
