You could consider Ancona - Igoumenitsa. Minoan and Anek / Superfast have ferries that arrive in the morning. I haven't been to Igoumenitsa for many years, but I notice that Ionian lines have 4 sailings a day to Corfu. Maybe other companies operate that line as well.
