 Greetings and hello everyone - wishing you happy beach combing 2012.
From last years posts looks like all the boats from Naoussa to the beaches ceased operating.I appreciate early in the season so far, but sure the spring flowers will be out, so just wondered if anyone has ventured to Paros as yet. Not able to go this year so would appreciate any updates on Naoussa, and Lageri.
If the boats are not running, then it is an easy walk, looks hard but very easy, just follow up the the cathedral, down the hill to anageri beach, up to the T junc & follow the road, past the power stn, past the upmarket taverna on the right... there is a grey long wall on the left - inside , a shipping magnates summer retreat!! at the end of the wall, turn left, up the lane and at the top left along the track. Right at the inlet, a white chapel is on the left, and continue to Lageri, some shade at the back on a small rise, giving a good view of the beach.The walk takes about 40minutes.

EATING OUT :- hOTEL minya always good, as is ' open garden ' reasturant.

Accomodation..... I have used, Windmill( anemeos) apts with pool, behind the cathedral... super location & quiet.
