 We were in Plakias last month and there was building work going on just before the Palegremnos as you walk along to the naturist beach but it didnt bother us in the slightest. We couldnt hear or see anything from where we were on the beach. I dont think it will spoil Plakias at all. It didnt look that big actually either. We`ll definitely be returning there. The other potential building work that we saw was a spa hotel which looked like it would be going up in the near future, but much further back into town, just along from the big hotel at the end. Looked like that may be a big one.
