Not at the port, but at bthe other side. Find the ancient cemetary for babies and walk this road towards the sea. There is a path going down the sea before you see the beach to your right. If you continue till the end of the road you'll see the beach from above. It's called magazi and usually is empty or has 2-3 persons, even in high season, cause people prefer Tzanaki. Its known for sure as a nude beach too, like Tzanaki. Do you know that Astypalaia has more than 60 beaches? I didn't, and its better to have a boat to explore them.
