 I don't know about Ionian, but I know perfectly the Aegean islands. If you accommodate at the areas I mention you'll have nude beaches almost in front of you (maximum 500 meters away), except Antiparos 5-6 minutes very easy walk!
1) Naxos a) Agia Anna and b) at Plaka (There is a good and frequent bus with Naxos town if you need it).
2) Antiparos a)Ag. Theologos beach and b) Psaraliki beach.
3) At Crete a) Kalamaki village has Komos beach, b) Lendas village has a nude beach too in front, c) Plakias village the same.
4) Lesvos a) at Molyvos and at b) Eressos.
5) Tilos at Eristos.
6) Kos at Mastixari.
No climbing and all easy to find
If I remember more I'll write again.
