Recently I visited Tinos (to be exact: from July 15 till August 4 2011, with an intermittent break of five days on Paros), and I discovered two very nice 'clothing optional' beaches on this beautiful island. Both are within short distance (2miles/3.5 km) from the main port of Tinos (Chora/Tinos town), and are easy to reach by bus/on foot.
How to go there? Take the KTEL bus from Chora to Kionia, and get out at the final stop. Walk along the beach (first 200m it's a dirt road), and then go -via a not too steep concrete road- as far as the first white house on the left. Immediately after this house, go down a small path along a wall of approx. 1 m high to the beach, which you can see down there already. This main (AMMOS, as it is known by the local population) beach is already clothing optional -at least at the far end of it- but if you want to have even more possibilities, walk along this main beach, take a goat track high along the coast for a 700 m more (direction: white chapel with a blue cross on its wall), go down there and find (at Cape Gastria) approx. 20 m. of beach, and crystal clear water....maps available in inos show you the place of this Cape too.
