 For Frank Stephan: Remember the night the war in Europe ended? You were showing a movie and as ususal, the radio gang not on duty came out on the deck behind the radio shack to watch the movie. We passed the message regarding Germany's surrender to Capt Gurley who stopped the movie, amde the announcement and the Chaplain offered a prayer. Someone said "That's not OUR war, go back to the movie" and you did (with Capt's permission).
