It is said that Anthony Ainley was 10 years older than he claimed to be. Unable to varify whether that was actually the case. Many actors do this in order to have a career. Once you pass a certain age, it's much more difficult to find acting jobs. It's still sad that he has passed on. Nobody would have beleived that it would have been possible to compete with the late great Rodger Delgado, yet he did! He made his own mark, and did a fantastic job, in a role that was difficult to follow after someone had mastered (no pun intended) it so well. We will all miss Anthony Ainley. He contributed so much to the Doctor Who series. There should be at least one tribute DVD made in his memory. Where is it? What's the matter with those people at BBC?
