I don't see why it should be a problem. First of all, if the wife is accessing the band's Myspace account to harass fans then the groupie should just block the band. You can block anyone who is bothering you. There is no reason anyone needs to use their real name on MySpace anyway. Sure, you're asked for your name but you don't need to put your real name to register. I have a nym as my first and last name. I don't even list the city I live in. The only thing is, I have to list some US state - but it doesn't have to be the one I live in. Lastly, if a musician is married and is allowing women who come on to him to join his list of friends then he has a real problem. But even if women do, he can preview the posts before accepting them and displaying them on his site. There is so much control there, that there shouldn't be any problem.
