Perhaps you have caught them in odd angel moments. Before I first meet them, my ex best friend did, in 2006, and her friend slept with Padge as well at Kevin from The Confession. The same night (I know right).
The first time I met them myself (earlier this year), I hooked up with Matt. I'd heard lame stories from 2006 about his respect (or lack thereof) towards women, but he treated me like a queen. And yes, he is in a stable over-two-year-and-a-half old relationship with a girl originally from London. We did not end up sleeping together though, and I have never seen or heard of him doing so. I think he cares a lot for her no matter how much he fools around on tour. And that night, Moose did nothing but drink and dance alone, and I don't know where the two others were.
The second time I met them, Jay tried numerous times hooking up, but I wasn't going to. He remained real chill and ultra fun to be with. Even if I wasn't going to give in, he was super nice and he made sure I would be given passes at will call for the next night. Matt was somewhat cuddling some girl (who happened to be married already, or so she said, interestingly enough), and I don't know what the two others were doing.
The next night, Jay tried again but I still didn't let it happen, and Matt was being a nice boy doing nothing remotely wrong this time. I believe he'd just gotten in trouble with his girlfriend, though.
I never myself witnessed Padge do anything, despite my friend's story which was credible to me, knowing her, and Moose I thought was a total square until he got weird and cornered me and asked for my phone number, but perhaps that isn't quite cheating yet.
Bottom line, I think if you're kinda cute they'll be glad to invite you and be around you. At least it worked out for me 3/3.
