You probably know more about this than I do but I had this problem some years ago and no one was hopeful. I happened to move one of the PCI cards to another 6400 and discovered while doing that, that one of the boards wasn't quite seated all the way. This was probably from one or another of my safaris inside the computer. I pushed it in all of the way and problem solved. Hope this helps. Sorry for the delay but I don't come on this site so often anymore.
