It will read/write HFS floppies.
Don't think it can format disks, though. Better have some to hand.
But if these are MacOS rather than OSX files, the PC will have destroyed the resource forks and they'll be useless.
You need to move the compressed floppy image(s) to floppy and then extract them to HFS floppies on a Mac.
