Jeremy ~ this is a real blow to deal with. I am so sorry that you are experiencing this.

One thing that I keep feeling is that we WILL love again. There will be another person someday...someone who you will have that love with, and perhaps, an even deeper more fulfilling love. It has to begin with ourselves. We have to take good care of ourselves and realize our own importance in the world. Healing happens then.

Let yourself grieve as long as you need to.
