Hi Jeremy,

Take several deep breaths and learn to accept your situation. Your wife is afraid of you and it probably is better you don't live in the same house.

Things can happen when our emotions get out of control. You both are probably toxic for each other.

Find a friend who will put you up and then go apartment hunting or even rent a room in a house.

Do your best to move forward. Your marriage is over and even though the end of a relationship is heartbreaking and devastating you will survive. Give yourself time to heal.

Now is not a good time to live in the same house as your wife.

Hang in there, life does get better but it will take time. Despair and depression can take a firm grip over us. Allow yourself to feel sad. Cry, howl and grieve over your relationship, but believe me this is not the end of world.

It's been nearly a year since I left my husband and I literally was not able to see the end of the tunnel, but I'm coming out of my despair and fears.
