Nick, I so understand what you're feeling. My wife and I just celebrated one year of marriage and eight months of no sex. In addition to vestibulitis, she has come out as being Bi, even though she really has no sexual drive at all. I'm 37 and a widower, and most days I'm fine but every so ofter the anger and rage just sweep over me 'till I feel sick enough to cry. We love our spouses, but our needs are not being met. We cannot blame them for being honestly what they are. We are not to blame either. So all we have is a a free-floating anger and no direct path to resolve it.

I'm guessing the best we can do is to keep trying, keep communicating, keep looking for solutions as long as we can. Be 100% honest with yourself and your loved one, but think out your words and positions clearly.

Feel free to e-mail me, Nick. I was just thinking today that I was totally alone. Although I'd never wish this drama on the most evil person I could imagine, it's nice to not be alone in it.
