I don't know much about E.D., but I find it a little suspect that he can "perform" with his right hand but not with you. Methinks he probably wouldn't be dysfunction-al
if his Affair-of-the-Heart had been more.

This is not easy.

If his bisexuality/homosexuality is something that you are not able to accept, then you've answered your own question.

Marriage without intimacy happens. People remain together for years without it. They do so for a myriad of reasons. I would submit that in most cases it requires that each is eqally committed to the relationship and to the well-being of the spouse. I don't read that kind of commitment coming from him in your post.

He has disconnected from your relationship.

Trust your instincts. It won't be easy. None of this is.
The fear of being alone and lonely is often paralyzing. Remember, you have been alone and lonely with him in bed beside you for a very long time. I believe that you can learn to love yourself enough to realize that when you are alone you are in excellent company.
