Very interesting point you make about getting outside of yourself and looking at the situation to see it more clearly.

I think that when we have suffered with self worth issues that are so deep, that they do re arrise at times, especially when we might get down, or triggered in some way, but once we become aware of what has happened, understand the dynamics of it, then nothing can ever keep us down again.

We are all somebody's daughters..yes... and I know that my mother would be very happy to know that I have done/ am doing, what she never was able to do. I guess it's just evolution and it feels right!
