I'm 58 years old and I'm the one who left my husband last years. Yes, it's very scary at my age to start over again but I would rather be alone than live a lie.

Think about if your were really happy with this man and the others are right, eventually he will fall for another man and where will you be then. You are 50 now. That is not old, but he could tell you at 65 or 70 that he can't pretend anymore and run off with a man.

Think about your needs. Grieving is okay. You can make it but it does take time to recover. We are here for you if you need to talk.
