I feel for you, I really do. I know exactly what you mean when you say you hate lesbians. I still have trouble with gay men and probably always will. I never really gave them much thought before, and of course through my husband had many gay friends.

You wife's insensitivity is inexcusable.

You are not to blame and always remember that.

Not knowing who you're mate truly is----it is much more difficult to accept that just a normal break up. You are normal, give yourself time to grieve. Don't feel guilty about it. You have suffered a major insult.

Take care of yourself. You are your main concern. (not her) You have tried to help her enough. Don't let her back into your life -- don't let her use you.
