Kev,

It looks like you are in the beginning stages. When I first started this journey I was in shock for months. All I can say is please take care of yourself. There is no doubt in my mind that we all recover from hurts. Since I'm now considered beyond middle age I've gone through many hurts and I've recovered from it all, however my therapist did tell me that as we get older it takes longer to recover from new hurts and get back your groove. This I'm finding to be very true.

Please take care of yourself Kev. In the long run you are going to be fine.
