So sorry you came home to this mess. It's too bad your wife can't be honest with herself and then blaming you for her crisis of the heart. IMHO, it is difficult to stay with someone who shows so much disrespect for the marriage and relationship you thought you had.

No one can tell you what to do but I would definitely ask her as Kev suggested if she's had sex with her girlfriend. As Kev mentioned some people put up and shut up or have open marriages. IMO neither is a good option and you will just continue to torture yourself. The way I see it when someone has a emotional or physical affair its like telling you that you are not that important and its okay to disrespect you.

I wish you the best. This has to be very hurtful and please get some professional counseling just for you so you can eventually decide what you need to do to be happy. One more thing -- don't do anything rash, dangerous or act out with violence. No one is worth going to jail for.
