B~ I'm sorry for what you're going through and know how devastating it can be. But I do have to ask what exactly you're going to tell your children?

Did you husband come out to you as gay or did he come out to you as having had a one night stand of sex with a man? There CAN be a difference (although they can also, obviously, be one and the same).

To go off prematurely, it seems to me, wouldn't be in the best interest of your kids ... or you or your husband. Maybe a lot of discussion and even some therapy with your husband would be a good idea before you let things get said and determined that can never be taken back?
