I am very moved and thankful for all your help and input. For what I have been through the past month I am very surprise I am still with the living. Even today it is just hard to even breathe and focus on basic living stuff. I just want the pain to go away and I don’t like what I see in the future. I have been down that road and I think this breakup has so deep wounds I am not sure if I can ever recover from this.

She has no desire to go to the movies, walk on the beach or just go out with me. She said lets be parents to the boys and work on being friends. She would like to give the therapy session a month or so to figure out what is going on. She is now on anti depression med to help her with all the guilt and the waves of feelings. She said the other day nothing has changed over the past month and the both of us are tired of talking about the heavy stuff. I am trying to make light talk but sometimes it feels like pulling teeth. I am trying to take one day at a time but it is very hard when I see her go out with barb to “reestablished” her friendship and come home with all smiles. Than the next day she has a blank face with no emotion when she wakes up.

In summary: the marriage is over that is what I am taking away from everyone and I should talk to a lawyer to see my rights in all this. I check the NJ Codes and I have at least 3 complaints against her already: Adultery, Extreme cruelty (she put me in the hospital for 3 days) and Deviant sexual conduct (kissing holding hands foundling her breast) and desertion may be claimed after twelve or more months of lack of absent sexual relations this will happen by the end of Dec

I have increased my sessions with the therapist twice a week now. .
