Max,I am angry today because my wife denied scheduled visitation today.Get use to it,if the kids have fun with you they will try to keep them away from you as much as possible,its only normal for these cold hearted creatures to try to anger us,they know what strings to pull.It don't bother them, for they have no freaking conscience.I felt that I had a great wife and a great mother of our kids,if your like me it bothers you most that this person has become someone that you don't even no anymore.I felt like I could have died and she could have cared less,even though I feel that I have been a good father and husband.Your situation is a little different being that they had been friends for such a long time.I actually felt that mine was preyed on because I never sensed divorce coming anytime soon.She still hasn't admitted to anything,only best friends and no romantic relationship.People don't just get sick during the night with nervous stomach or throwing up,I'm sure that butch staying the night had something to do with that,especially being that it happened the first two times that she stayed over.I wanted to feel that my wife was a victim but she doesn't act like a victim.I have to remember the saying that he who angers you conquers you and with yours and my wife I feel they love to see us angry.Stay away from domestic violence charges,thats the first thing they try to wait on you to do to try and get the upper hand.Most judges know this is an automatic because anger is normal for the betrayed spouse.Refrain from threats and violence,this will get you in trouble.I texted,e-mailed and tried to call alot for the first 3 or 4 months,it seemed to help me vent.Nothing I could have said or done changed the situation whatsoever.Once the mind is set it is set,we cannot control others.Hope you are o.k,I kinda expected to here from you.I've been seperated for nine months now so we can talk if you need to talk to someone that is going through the same.It does get better,just not overnight.I remember the insecurity,bad dreams and stomach turning.It wasn't fun and nothing I want to re-live anytime soon.Just work on patience,being content and thankful for all the blessings in your life and remember God will not put more on you than you are capable of withstanding.Remember that the devil is the one tearing our families apart and we alone don't stand a chance.I tried to fight him but I lost,this is a fallen world and we just need to keep ourselves from falling into it.We dont have to have anything in this world to make us happy but we are responsible for controlling our actions on a daily basis.Depressions not fun,I've been there,but it is something you will overcome with help of children,friends and family.Get professional help if needed,whatever it takes,theres something out there to help you heal.But I will say be patient,I know I still have a long road ahead of me in dealing with wife and kids in future and making myself accept what is happening and moving forward with my life.
