Subject: All chefs use books in their kitchens, if Virginia did then she just showed her ability to get answers that are needed. Keith should have been gone long ago, good riddance. I think Heather may have the technical abilities but she is such a nasty person, I can't see her being successful running a kitchen. She jumps to conclusions and acts on them before she has a clue what she is dealing with. Virginia seems a bit too "girly", but she said the right thing. She can learn anything and has the desire. Out of the two, I hope she wins.
