**Clarification** I don't think using the book would have been cheating, but she denied that was how she got the recipe figured out, so I was just wondering if folks thought she had figured it out by palate, as she said, or if Heather's suspicion was correct. Yes, if one was going to try out for this show, it would be a good idea to get your hands on as many of Gordon's books as possible and do a lot of cooking beforehand!! -- TV Spoilers Board
