趙薇動用5000萬炒樓
　某媒體爆出趙薇近日在上海花近2000萬買樓，加上她早前在北京順義和上海的另外幾處房產，趙薇至少花費了5000萬來投資房產，一圈內資深人士告訴記者，趙薇已經躋身於富豪行列。
　據悉，趙薇今次購置的新樓盤名為「湖畔佳苑」，位於上海市虹橋機場附近著名的「瀘青平」別墅區。該套別墅每平方米房價在2萬至6萬之間。一圈內資深人士透露，趙薇買下的這棟別墅以面積計算總價在2000萬左右，此外，趙薇這幾年還先後在北京順義的「財富公館」、「晴翠園」別墅、「亮馬河」大廈等地購買了多處別墅公寓，趙薇至少投資了5000萬用來炒樓。
