As Vicki said, there can sometimes be a "frisson" during health care, both on the part of the patient and the person providing the health care. After all, both are human.
The point is that neither can control the emotions that may arise, but as long as neither party acts on the "frisson" then it is acceptable. It is the behavior of both people that matters, not the feelings that may develop in the process.
When either person takes steps to act on the feelings, then we have at least an unethical situation, and in some cases an illegal situation.
To expect a "frisson" to never occur at all is to expect the impossible.
