Versed sucks, I hardly use it. Consider paying extra for a CRNA for your next exam and get propofol. Michael Jackson jokes aside, patient's sedated with propofol generally wake up Happy, Hungry and Horny........really, it's deeper sedation, quicker and the recovery is very rapid....if you use enough Versed to achieve any meaningful degree of sedation, the patient feels like they were run over by a truck..not to mention the creepy amnesia...
