At my annual physical my doc was discussing the side-effects of the Flomax that she had prescribed earlier for urinary symptoms....coincidentally as she was checking my prostate she mentioned that I would probably notice a decrease in semen from the drug, I acknowledged this just a the nurse brought the doc a hemocult slide to check for blood....The nurse overheard our conversation and mentioned that decreased semen wasn't a side-effect, but that it was a good thing since it makes "you guys less messy"...and she walked out. My doc and i looked at each other as I was pulling up my pants and we both started to laugh
