In my case since I spent my summers with my dad and stepmom and always got my annual physical right before school started, it was my stepmom in the exam room with me. I actually got used to the idea of her seeing me naked. Right before my 12th birthday as I got my annual exam, my stepmom had just given birth to my half sister, and as we waited for the doctor to enter the room, my baby sister started crying and my mom took her right breast out to nurse her.
I got rock hard. My stepmom noticed and smiled that my reation was quite normal. When the doctor came in a minute or so later, she smiled and said, "Well, we know that part of you is healthy." I could not look up the rest of the exam and my erection did not subside until I was able to get dressed afterwards.
