 It would depend on circumstances to some extent, but generally I would not perform intimate tasks on a male relative. Instead I would defer to another nurse. Only circumstance I can think of it would be if it was an emergency of some sort and no one else was available.

There's no way my wife's daughter would examine me, just because she wanted to. The guy should have just told her "No Way", in no uncertain terms. The mere fact that she went so much out of her way to be his examiner tells me she was just being a nosy bitch who wanted to see what her stepfather had "down there". If this story is really true, she is a disgrace to the medical profession.
