Unfortunately the NYC City transit tends to promote ignorant people who are very prejudice and then place them out in the field to terrorize whom ever they want. People have been complaining about New York City Transit authority arrogance and corruption for years. I believe your side of the story bases upon my social experience with devious people like that. I know what they do. They start trouble and when you defend yourself, they cower and say that you are an agressor. Racism needs to be expunged from the New York City transit once and for all and a real civil service system needs to be installed.
