Recently I was groped by a man on the downtown 6 train. He got on the car with me at 86th Street. I called the cops the same day--they laughed at me on the phone.
I see him almost everyday now, and want to make all riders aware of him, since he has a predictable pattern. I even see women stepping away from him purposefully on the platform, or giving him dirty looks (like I have).
He's 5'5 always in a navy blue shirt, jacket or button down. He carries a backpack on one shoulder. He is of hispanic decent, with a moustache, and chin length black hair, which he wears combed straight back. He has a sort of round face, and round figure. He only gets on the train when it's crowded. The top of his left ear seems a little stretched or deformed.
If you know anyone who rides the downtown 6 train around 8:15 to 8:30 in the morning, please make them aware!
