There is a better product on the market Lectra - aggressive business tactics(Pressuring clients) and having a good cutting machine. Gerber - reputation from the past of having a good software and a sound cutting machine. Unfortunately they do not have anything new to offer clients(no new development) and their cutters are now manufactured in China There is a solution to all your problems . A company out of Italy called MORGAN TECNICA has developed a CAD/CAM system with the latest technologies. They can offer a full and complete cutting solution. Compared to Lectra and Gerber , Morgan is above Gerber and is just behind Lectra. Morgan strives to improve their product by listening to the clients needs . Changes are made to help the client with their production and in doing so improves the Morgan product itself. They have been around for 5 years now and are giving Gerber a run for their money. With in two years of being in North and south America, Morgan has install over $3million worth of equipment and growing. They are strong in India and Europe. Date Posted: 17:11:34 07/20/05 Wed Optitex learnt so much from Tukatech engineers, Tukatech has been developing system with Optitex, the knowledge of applications, features came from us and tukateam. we have been there with Tukatech since 1997 when the software was an excuse for CAD system, it was the knowledege of Ram Sareen and his experienced team who tought Optitex code writers what to write, all applications were tested, developed by Tukatech. It is a shame that Optitex is not recogonizing that. Optitex has tried calling us, confusing us with bad rumors but we know the facts, we have been there with Tuka for 8 years and we are so happy to with their new CAD system, support and fantastic product knowledge.
