Fall attire of your choice off the rack may be worn.

Queen in each age division will receive a beautiful Crown, Trophy, And gift.

All runners up will receive a nice trophy and gift.

Best Dressed, Most beautiful, Prettiest eyes,Hair, Smile in each age division will receive a nice trophy.

TO SUPREME SCORE! ONE WINNER PER AGE DIVISON WILL RECIEVE A NICE AWARD!



Hi-Point is third highest score will receive a large crown, Beautiful trophy and nice gift.

Mini supreme which is the 2nd highest score will receive a large trophy beautiful crown and gift.

Grand supreme will receive a 3ft. trophy, Beautiful Crown, and lots of gifts.

Notice There will not be any double crowning!!!! You can not win queen or king in each age division and hold supreme title. You can only hold one title in the pageant.

Lots of fun for everyone! No one will walk away empty handed.Eveyone will receive nice trophys and director gifts.

I reserve the right to combine or seperate age divisions! Everyone must come with someone!
Queens: (birth-11mo) (12-23mo) (2-3yrs) (4-6yrs) (7-9yrs) (10-12yrs) (13-16yrs) (17-24yrs) (married)

Kings: (birth-2yrs) (3-5yrs.) 6yrs -10yrs.)

Circle age division according to your age on pageant day / Age Divisions having 3 or less may be combined

RULES / REGULATIONS:
*Contestants / Guests will show good sportsmanship. Tina Mullins has the right to to enforce this rule at their
discretion.
*Please read & understand all category explanations / ask pageant related questions well in advance of pageant day.
*Please note all Registration / Competition Times in order to keep pageant moving in a timely manner.
*Referred contestants must be new to mailing list / must be competing contestants / your name must appear on their entry.
*Presented Awards determined by overall pageant participation.
*No refunds on pageant fees (unless pageant cancellation).
*All Judges decisions are final.
*I release Appalachian Dazzling Dolls, Tina Mullins, pageant staff, pageant facility, or any other persons affiliated with this event from any accidents, damages, lost, or sickness that may occur directly or indirectly with this event. I also give permission to use any photos taken for further advertisement.

To enter these overalls are $30.00
You must enter theses overalls to qualify for supremes. Winners all will receive a nice trophy. Overalls will be done before pageant age division beauty starts.
