 I have a '95 accord, assuming you have the same generation, then its easy: (did it myself couple of times)

lower your steering wheel as much as it goes. the outer black plastic rim around the console is hold by 2 screws in the top and 2 additional 'spring based' thingies in the bottom (sorry, don't know the english term).
after unscrewing, just pull the rim with some force because of those spring thingies. it should be easy from here on, unplug the left and right switches (rear window heater, fog light(s)). now you can see the screws (2 left, 2 right) which hold the gauges in place.
now, with some fiddling and turning the console should get out. should take about 10mins. magnetic screwdriver might be handy!
