Hi. I'm new to homeschooling just this year. My children are quite a bit younger than yours. But your concerns about your ability are still the same as mine, as well as, I am sure, many other mothers. I simply told my daughter that there are some things that I am going to be learning with her, whether I like it or not. On the other hand, I told her if she ever feels that I am not doing her justice and she'd like to try going back to school that that is an option also. Whatever choice you make doesn't need to be carved in stone. Best of luck to you and your sons.
